This is a story that affects all humanity, that you won't find much info about via Google, nor read about in any history books, because most governments are pressured not to tell the truth about extraterrestrials, and the nature of their many interactions with them. However, Jo Ann and Captain Mark Richards have clearance to tell a few stories in which he was directly involved, probably because the government figures no one will believe them anyway. It is believed Captain Richards was framed for murder. He is in prison, and honestly, probably more easily-accessible to the government for continued use in operations, tucked away out of the public eye.
In her videos, Jo Ann shares information that Captain Richards has described over the years via reports he writes and forwards to her "from prison." They believe this information rightfully belongs to the world, comprises part of the world's true history, so they are happy to share it. In this report about the Battle of the China Gates, Captain Richards describes how he fought alongside his late father, Major Ellis Lloyd Richards.
Major Richards is referred to as "Rich" in this report...but was well-known in the worldwide intelligence community as the infamous, "Dutchman."
