Hearing bells

For conversations and questions about hauntings and spirit visitations. This is not the place to talk about demons. In fact, this whole board isn't the place for it. A Christian site is a better place for that.

Bychan Wulf You beat me to the doorbell analogy. It doesn't always hold though. What if you don't want to see whoever is ringing your bell. It could be someone from your family who passed and is giving you a heads up. It could also be your own mind bringing things more forcefully to your attention.

I won't go into it too deeply , with the code I work with, and teach...

Let me say , however , we have an arrangement of symbols , equalling 994 :

Hearing = 255

Bells = 162

And = 44

Seeing = 26

Feathers = 160

= 647

Add :

Spirit = 347

= 994

So, if Spirit does not get you one way...it will use the other...;)

So what's a 994? It sounds like a police code for something. :wink:

Forty years ago I was living in Oklahoma. Cherokee Nation, to be exact. We didn't have a doorbell or a telephone. I kept hearing someone knocking at the door, and telling me something was wrong with my mom's friend Mary. The next letter I got, my mom said Mary had suffered a heart attack around the time I was hearing the knocking.

I wouldn't say I hear them often, and I would call the "chimes" rather then bells.

In my experience it's similar to a "spirit bell". But rather than the practitioner summoning the spirit, it's the spirit notifying the practitioner that they're there :)

@SpiritTalker

The code I teach is Qabalah - Kcebealla , Obri ( Old Hebrew ) + Runic ,
letter - number code...994 , is the sum of one of those arrangements ,
and millions of things you know in this realm , add to 994...

If you only knew...lol...;)

However , just for fun , yet very true...

In Obri / Hebrew , the number for Peaceful , or
Smoke or Vapor , just happens to be *420*...

Gee...some Jewish college kids knew the Qabalah...ROTFLMAO...

Thanks for still showing interest in this, guys!
#Rosie and Deerstep, if it's a fae or an angel, I'm perfectly fine with them around, as long as they don't misplace things, chew on things or don't let me sleep at night (I already have 2 furbabies doing this)

#planewalker, even if you don't open the door, you still go to see who's there, maybe without the guest seeing you. Anyway, I just meant that if the doorbell rings, you automatically know why. It's already a reflex.
And thanks for the insight. Both are rational (as rational as the situatiin itself can be) possibilities.

#Snow, did Mary survive the heart attack?

#corvidus, the translation I found for chimes is of large church bells. What I hear, is usually more like the bells that are meant in the "Jingle Bells"-carol.
It makes sense. If they would also start talking to me instead of just telling me they're with me would be nice. Incertaincy is driving me crazy...I am used to solve everything quickly. Mystery and patience are not my qualities.

Mary lived another 40 years after her heart attack.

I've at least of heard of gematria, and have some tiny idea of the holographic connections. It's one more topic to add to the list of things one might want to know. I call it spiral-thinking, like the Grays seem to use when mind-thumping, so I've heard. If they have a religion, it would be numerology, and connections to connections etc. But that's getting off topic.

If I recall, the Fae dread of iron has to do with magnetism, and polarity. It can inhibit their ability to move between worlds, by effecting polarity. I know when I hold untreated iron it gives me the willies, and a sliver from a cast iron pot gave me a rash. So it must really hurt the Fae.
