Has your weather been weird or off ?
Here in the high desert of So. Calif. it seems like our weather
is going in somewhat six week cycles; warm to cool, cool to hot,
hot to cool...etc.
It's the first week of December and I'm sleeping under a sheet
only ! (not bragging, just concerned about it) Last winter I was
sleeping under a sheet and one fleece blanket-I miss winter !
I really feel for those who have to pile on the blankets...
When we first moved into these apartments there's a tree just
off our tiny patio that lost its leaves in the fall. Come Spring,
there was a crowd of bees all over, sucking up that necter !
That was 8 years ago...
Now, if I see 2 bees it would be amazing ! (sad)
The leaves are staying on the trees off the patio, across the
driveway there is a few trees that does loose its leaves.
This is the desert, they nights are suppose to get cold...
And I'm afraid its really going to get worse !!!
So what's going on in your neck of the woods ???

Colorado has been warmer than average. We're taking advantage of that tomorrow night, to go see Zoo Lights. Monday is supposed to be cold and snowy, and continue that way for a couple of weeks. We could use some moisture.

Warmer than expected, but not toasty. Almost continuous overcast haze afternoons once the morning chemtrails get done around 11am. Really bolluxing up night sky viewing. Clear skies do happen about every 3 weeks.

If we are going to do weather magic it will have to be on the scope of continents to have any effect.

There should be enough witches here
on the North American continent to start, right ?

This year was quite crazy here as well. Summer was so hot! All my plants were in bloom but i hardly had any fruit. Not one tomato - even though i had hundreds of green tomatoes hanging on the plants!
It started to rain and wouldn't stop. Then it got warm again and everything rotted.. even my squash.
Now it's gotten so cold. We had our firat snow last Sunday and it actually didn't stop to sbow all day long! (I can't tell you how long it has been that we've expected this around here and i lived here all my life)
Snow is gone again. But it's still so cold. I'm not used to wear my winter-winter boots here till end of January.

Oh bummer
I hate to ask this for fear of the answer...
Were you depending on those veggies or
was that kind of a "hobby garden" ?
Hope the latter !
I prefer the cold weather, one could
usually get warm(er)... I don't get along
with the hot weather (I know, get out
of the desert...in due time)
