It means you can't go into it and read it unless you have moderator privledges on the forum. Also, no question is stupid unless you already know the answer.
Actually, I think it means that it's a 'read-only' post. You can't edit it, or post new messages onto it.. Just read existing ones. Sorry to contradict Epothes.. Haha. I don't mean to, I'm just not sure that's how 'locked' posts work here.
