Anyone celebrating in the Southern Hemisphere?

Post by Saga »

Is anyone else trying to incorporate the pagan wheel of the year into their life in the southern hemisphere?

I know we have a few members from down under, wonder where they are?

Ha yes, I struggle with it though! I'm thinking about making myself a wheel of the year to make things a bit easier for myself but that'll be a project for next year (trying to plan a wedding so most things has gone on the back-burner)

I don't follow any calendar. If it's a special day for a family member or friend I don't mind helping them celebrate. When I see a new bloom in the garden, or a visitor critter to my yard I thank them for visiting me. I give thanks when I pick a vegetable or fruit, but always like to leave more than I use. I just go with what is happening around me at any moment.

I am from Western Australia - Perth. I am thinking of doing the cross-quarters next year as a way to stay in touch spiritually. For, I have practically nothing except time to work with. I have been a real total perfectionist in in space, the last 2+ years. Time has a way of knowing better; I'm keen.
