Maybe the dark of the moon on Jan 02 will do you well. The weather certainly feels wintery for So Cal.

We narrowly missed a giant boulders on the 101 yesterday where it had been pouring rain.
Right where you turn inland at Gaviota the traffic stopped solid. After the tunnel there was a rock slide.
30 seconds later and we would have been right in it.
Thankfully, as far as I know, no one was hurt.
So there we sat for about an hour while they cleared the road. At least we didn't have to pee because there wasn't a bush. We did have food so ate a snack, read the newspaper I brought from home, then chatted with other folks who were out of thir cars walking dogs or just stretching legs.

Crazy!

I would guess that most shop owners are open on the weekend, and then on Monday those who found they were out of supplies over the weekend go then. Since the shop owner needs a day off, that is common for many businesses that are open on the weekend to choose a day of the week to take care of business. Tuesday is as good as Wed. or Thur. Used to be Chinese food places were always closed on Tuesday too.

I felt stupid for asking as soon as I posted that ~ I searched google
but I was wondering if it was some kind of pagan thing or something
but there are other things and situations that have to do with tuesday besides the metaphysical stores
I never knew about the chinese places ~ it seems like the chinese restaurant in the town I grew up in was closed on an off day now that you mention it ~ but I don't recall what day it was

the metaphysical store here is closed sunday monday and tuesday
I worked at a church that had church on monday ~ the preacher went to church somewhere else on sunday and then had his own church on monday

there is something else about tuesday ~ I just don't know what it is

member chat is the best idea ever

Sitting down with a cup of mint tea. I've become a hermit since returning to working online. Definitely miss being social but don't want to get sick.

my pendulum is repeatedly telling me that my birthdate is not my birthdate ~ it keeps telling me what my actual birthdate and time was ~ and it's a Tuesday ~ maybe that's where this odd feeling about Tuesday comes from

Wow it's been 10 years since I last logged onto this forum. I can't believe I still remembered it. And I like that the site still looks the same.
