Directory & File folders for different discussions

I wonder if there is a way to make folders, guess that what the main topic categories are basically.
And the directories...swooooowsh, that got all messed up with the last update, and I never did get back to fixing Xiao's great table of contents.
And on that note if ever any of you run into a link that isn't working, please let us know, but in the meanwhile you should be able to find the topic or something close by entering the words in the link into the search bar at the top right.
