Everything Under the Moon

So I recently moved to a new place and I can tell this is an absolutely pivotal shift in my life. I was going to do a spread for relationships/ love and pulled the King of Cups two different times for the person's description. Obviously, that's a clear message but it seems that everyone around me is getting into relationships except me so I'm pretty confused who would be the king of cups.

Keep your eyes peeled for someone who is caring and nurturing, but caution to someone who is over emotional or wants to control your emotions.
Sometimes the one shows up when we have given up actively looking.
