Looking for Possible Help Clarity

Hello all. I am not sure how the readings work or if anyone is available anymore. I'm looking to find some help with clarity on a situation. I have tried my own work and reading for myself, but im not sure if my desperation for answers if making me "find answers" that aren't there.
