Are some spells the same as Cosmic Ordering ?

I would like to ask a question for the knowledgeable peoiple here.

I've been looking into spells and so on, and just wondered also whether doing a spell is the same sort of thing as cosmic ordering and ties in with The Law of Attraction?

I came across these articles and they seem to explain things quite well, and I see some parrallels between them and the power of intentions in spells.

Replying to an old post that never got answered yet is still being browsed

I’ve scanned these articles and found no use of the term “cosmic ordering” so the question falls thru the warp in the weave.
But off sides there are similarities between spell casting and “The Secret’s” referenced Law of Attraction.
