I like it as a simple overview with basic info. She has some good meditations in there. I bought it as an impulse buy on the sale rack at Barnes and Noble, and have really enjoyed it. It is not very indepth, but since I am returning to my studies after a 5 year hiatus, it's a really nice, useable and well organized re-entry tool.
