Aletheia?

I just want to know more about Aletheia, (was it asteroid 259?) It tells something about the person's sincerity.. When aletheia is placed on a particular sign/house, it manifest its sincerity on that area, when aletheia is afflicted, it shows, insincerity.. I have read it someplace before but i think that i need to know more about this asteroid.. Can you please tell me more? thanks.
