Scratching is ok. But be more gentle on your skin. Why pubish it? Anyway, the good part, is that you can scratch properly now. Scratching with no nails, is like writing without a lead in your pencil

We are at about the same length. Don't know that I'm brave enough to post a pic of my wrinkley stubs

Apply an antiseptic salve...it tastes yucky and at least helps heal. My finger tips dry and crack then bleed in winter, so I use salve to heal the cracks. I Rubbed it on my chapped lips too...ick. I keep the nails filed so I don't mindlessly nibble. It works pretty well with the nasty tasting salve too.

Petroleum jelly or diaper rash ointment might help. When they heal, maybe invest in some pretty lip gloss. Then you can remind yourself that you don't want to mess up your pretty lips.

Not magic, but get some really spicy peppers and cut them up, remove the seeds. Put peppers and seed in a bowel and put your fingers in and move all around, touch inside of peppers and seeds, get it under your nails as well. When you go to bite them, it will be so hot, you'll never want to do it again!!
