how to increase your energy

hi i just wanted to know how can i increase my energy more i have done many exercises but i think they arent increasing my energy level so is there anything that can help me should i ask a spirit to give me powers or anything else that i should do.........

Have you looked at the witch's primer podcasts? The link is under witchcraft school.

I'm new too and I find the exercises very helpful in getting in touch with energy.

'vampiric' meditation i like to call it:P
steal energy from around u and store it in crystals(preferably quartz)

only easy way better more coplex ways but this ones simpler
