Imbolc menu

Post by Workingmom »

We are celebrating Imbolc this weekend because of scheduling problems but the menu I have planned includes:

potato and leek soup
cabbage and carrots
grilled pork chops
honey cakes
and barm brack bread

I was just wondering what everyone else has planned, and when do you usually preform your ritual before or after the feast?

Thanks!

My sister and I are cooking backed mac n cheese, pastry puffs, and lemon poppy seed cupcakes. :)

We're just doing a desert thing after ritual. I made cardamom shortbread and am serving it with honeyed yogurt and peaches.
