Rose:While there are many beautiful flowers, each with a story to tell , none is as beautiful and fragrant as the rose. Roses are ancient symbols of love and beauty, as they are Venus's favotire!
Red roses stand for love, romantic love and enduring passion. Representing true love stronger than thorns, the red rose is known universally as the lover’s rose.
White roses are for purity, innosence, young love, and truth. Also tradition has it that white roses are flowers of mourning and sadness!
The bright, sunny color of yellow roses used to be a symbol of jealousy in the past but nowdays they represent true friendship and joy.
Pink roses are a symbol of grace & elegance . Deep pink often signifies appreciation and gratitude while light pink signifies admiration, joy and sweetness. Pink roses often impart a gentler meaning than their red counterparts.
Orange roses now with their warm, vibrant tones symbolize enthusiasm and desire.
lilac roses bring about sonething of mystic and enchantment!
and it is said that they are a sign of love at first sight!
Finally black roses are actually red roses dark enough to appear black!

note: white and yellow roses together are for harmony while a yellow rose with red tips symbolizes friendship falling into love.

This is a little spell for those who love many and cannot decide.
*cut the petals of a red rose counting as many as the people you are attracted to.
*now write the names of the lovers on the petals and throw them in the air
*the last petal to fall is the one you should go after!!

it might sound a bit silly but its alot better than ini mini miny mo!!

I think they have their own club..
But, as for me? Dont worry about me,
i love playing around with guys, theyare too fun to watch their reactions to tell them,
'Oh hey, hun. I gotta tell you, im pregnant.'
they turn and look at me and say, 'How can you be pregnant, we never did IT'
And, im just laughing so hard when their eyes pop out of their head.
And id say,
'Hun, dont worry. im not. i dont like kids'
Him- 'Well, damn. I never seen someone so good with 'em. my brother nearly kissed you'
Me- 'ew, nice to know.'
Hehehehehe, this happens with almost EVERY single guy.

Very interesting post Witch13! I just bought a mini pink rose in a pot and if grows normally(I'm not very experienced in tending gardens etc) I am planning to buy a red and a white one two. I was actually thinking of putting a spell on them to create some sort of magic garden(magic balcony actually but nm),so your post about the meaning of the different coloured roses helped me in what kind of spell is more appropriate for each rose. Thanks!

i had some dwarf roses, but they went dry during winter so i cut the buds to give the lant a boost..
aaah note that there are blue roses as well in florist shops but they arent natural..so i didnt bother adding them in the list
