Hello dear ones, l am creating this thread to post some of my poem's. Hope it is OK with everyone that I place all future poetry's I write within the same thread. Feel free to comment, share your opinions as well as ask questions if you wish.

I write my poetry based on visions, dreams and experiences. Based on what I sense, feel and see. Hope you all enjoy reading as much as I enjoy writing

Why does my heart still feel so heavy? 
I thought I had reached the final truth 
Still now all it takes is an image of the future 
To make my heart tremble when ever I face you 
I call upon the holy angels 
By the gods you've been sent down to me 
Guide and show me the right pathway 
To the truthful source of Divinity 
I have seen my part of holly visions 
Even those of the darkness kind 
I learned my part of important lessons 
Yet now I feel like I walk a beginner's path as blind 
I feel an inner place calling me 
Back to where my heart belongs 
Among the wilderness of the nature 
Among the living and the death; a place called 'Home'

Crossroad

I wish to go to lay down and cry myself to sleep 
I never thought that life would let me fall so deep 
Things I said in time as well as things you have done to me 
Are yet another reason of promises I broke and did not keep 
I feel I am standing on a crossroad 
I see the path of my heart on my left so clear 
I see the path of dreams on my right 
as bright as crystal my dear 

Yet, it is the path in front of me that I am forced to take and keep 
due to choices made of the path that I left behind
That is what always makes me bleed 
I ask often what is the meaning of waiting 
for a path that is yet to come 
Why not be granted the chance 
to create your own desired outcome 
Through knowing the right  from wrong 
Living in the path of tomorrow  
just as I live in the now

The Creature Within

I have seen him flying; circling around 
Watching that order is kept and bound 
He is a wise creature of old existence; 
Resting beneath a deep blue sea of mystery 
An abyss hidden; a world within 
He uses magic; His natural skill 
Becoming invisible to our mortal will 
  
Yet he comes revealing himself 
Into our dreams and sub-consciousness 
He calls onto the mortal man 
He shares stories; long forgotten that tell 
Of unity and passion; of life and affection 
He is a creature I hold within 
A breathing entity 
Bound to me by soul and will 
  
A ‘priestess he calls me 
To remember my place 
‘Duty’ it is here; to hold; to embrace and face 
“A dragon priestess you once were; 
Reborn to follow yet again the same fate 
By service through a blade 
  
A dragon so bold I've been told; 
With beauty and strength from a sacred world 
He await my acknowledge and acceptance by will 
Insurance from me; becoming one 
The two of us shall be 
Once I remember HIS as well as MY true identity…

Wake Up

The sky is turning dark 
Even when the sun shines its everlasting beauty 
The earth is becoming invisible 
Even when the nature works out its forever-maintaining duty 
Oh my brother; oh dear sister, 
LISTEN; just take a moment to listen 
Do you heart HER crying? 
Do you hear HER whispers calling? 
Or are we all just too busy to realize that she's slowly dieing? 

I spend my nights fighting, 
Crossing worlds of wonder, 
Crossing paths of lightning 
Meeting the decedents of those once Mighty Wanderers 
We do see the change; we see the Vail has fallen 
We call those others HERE 
To wake up and stop mourning 
There's still time my brother 
Still hopes, oh dear sister 
Embrace our fates as ONE 
And together we shall heal HER existence 

It's inside the core, that we'll find the door 
An entrance to eons; a path of miracles, 
She gave us her answers, her heart and her soul, 
Still there she stands, alone and forgotten I wonder 
Please, please oh my brother, listen oh dear sister 
Mother is calling to one last embrace we shall all face, 
To shine as ONE, in gratitude and faith, 
Before the Darkness falls covering all her trace, 
Were there would be no more GRACE!

Farewell

Cry a little my darling husband 
Many bridges you broke and burned 
A sign of many weak lessons you lived and learned 
Now you try rising up another path of sand 
Believing this time it will hold and stand 

Tired I feel walking around 
Cleaning the mess you leave behind 
Quietly obeying and without making a sound 
I often regret the agreement we signed 
I wonder is it too late for us a rescuing path to find? 

Patching our life together should ring a bell 
That our children realize more than what it seems as well 
This mess you created has made our marrige a living hell 
Say no more because I don't believe all the lies you tell 
Time for you to consider preaching of your farewell 

You wonder if I could ever forgive 
That is a promise I yet can not give 
Forgivness is something to be felt and earned 
It is not possible now because all we had is lost and burned 
Since forgetting is hard to achieve as long as we both shall live

I just, realized that poetry forms and depicts strong and powerful visions and its a great reference full of emotions and scenery. Your poetry is very powerful and flows with feelings in a way that i never thought it could do. Although i have read some poetry, Byron, you are my second poet that i took the time to read for more than just a glance and unexpectedly i was pulled into a world of raging feelings and beautiful environments. You have an amazing way of handling words. Bravo!

Martin, that is a huge honour hearing you say this. It means a lot for me that other manage to understand as well as enjoy my poems. I write everything based on expirience, be it emotional or physical, even those based on visions and dreams dear. Once more thank you very much

Buying Love

It is not surprising at all 
That life gives us all a higher call 
In between love and madness 
There are those who never know loss or sadness 
A lesson in life is every loss 
For some it is like carrying a heavy cross 

But for some true love is not real 
Just like Judas most seek the richest deal 
Mistreating true love will punish us all 
Crushing away the depth of your soul 
A easy way out is only a myth 
Sooner or later you will be caught by the rippers scythe 

Many fall as they realize 
Buying love is not fulfilling neither wise 
True love comes free of charge 
As long your hearts size is large 
Blessed are those that know love 
It is the key to an awakened soul 

Pity them that never felt a calling through a lovers hand 
As love spreads throughout the land 
Little they know of what they missed 
As many seek perfection 
Within a crazy world that lacks affection 
That is nothing but a delusion; my final conclusion

very nice dear...I'm resonating with" Farewell" very much, as well as "wake up"...(I have sung a similar mantra, when will all wake up?)

Thank you very much dear, I am very glad you like them. Wake Up is written out of how I feel for mother earth and people's ignorance toward her. Farewell is written about my husband lol, but I believe others can resonate it indeed.

Misunderstood Judgment

Once again I come to face the judgment 
of those who are fearing my own grace. 
Through fear they end accusing me, 
Of deeds and habits that are unfair to me. 
I wish to cry I wish to scream, 
But what can I do when it's already decided 
and I am doomed as a cold sceptic. 
Yes, that's what many believe IS me. 
Oh pity oh joy - when will the two of you get along with me? 
Oh fear oh acceptance - when will you set me free? 
Oh memories of past - isn't it enough that you've took from me? 
Of course I may say words, preach and shout, 
But is there really anyone able to hear my cry? 
I know I end crying of all the unfairness. 
I know I end distant to my fellow man. 
But what am I to do when there is judgment 
no matter what I say or do? 
Life goes on and yet another friend is lost, 
In the webs of the black widow 
that are set up against my own trust. 
That's the mirror of perfections, 
That's the reflection of humanities fear and rejections. 
But I am ok, I am fine, because I am used to it.

Medicine Man

The medicine man chanting
In cosmos his song is heard
Of souls and spirits of all creation
Of stories that was, is and are yet to come and be told

I hear him calling those chosen
To stand by his side and chant
Creating miracles and wonders
Healing those hurt, torn and reborn

He feels our loss and sadness
Gives courage and peace at mind
Telling those who are waiting
That time is coming of spirits strong and fine

"Miracle's" says the medicine man,
"Are yours to seed and harvest,
But first you must be found worthy,
by those ancestors who grounds them".

Bless you now my brother,
You grieve those gone today,
Their souls you know are chosen
As Warriors in a time of despair.
