healing meditation?

Does anyone have a good healing meditation?

I pulled some muscles in my back at work and am in a lot of pain when I dont take the medicine the doctor gave me, witch knocks me out for hours.

Hello AnuChild- I'm sorry to hear you're in pain.

In addition to the meditation, try a hot bath with eucalyptus oil. You can either drop it straight in or dilute it with a little milk. Also- try to find one of those vibrating pillows- that'll help too.
