Spiritual "gifts/abilities"

I've heard about empaths and clairvoyants and how these people have these abilities and I'm sure there's more but I don't know about them. So if you could tell me about these other "gifts"/"abilities" it would be much appreciated.

I am also trying to understand that. What I can say, if there is anyone with such abilities, he or she is most likely not charging 10 dollars per hour over a phone with some sort of service (unless anyone can prove me wrong of course).

That being said, my mother has a weird reputation for dreaming about someone and that person usually gets sick in the next days, Not that she makes something bad to them! Rather she uses it to warn others. It's always something harmless like a cold or stomach problems. She has had other foreseeing dreams but I cannot recall other instances, sorry. She can also detect auras.

So... well, I am thorn between believing my mother and remaining skeptical.
