I go to an herbalist who makes them for me. She knows by my giving her a list of what is ailing me...from stress to nightmares what infusion to prepare. This is good for headaches, body pain and many other things.
Go to an herbalist you trust and ask about them. I have taken Bach Flower infusions for almost 2 years now. All natural and easy on the pocketbook. But find someone you trust!!
They are also cheaper than going to a psychiatrist!
