What kind of things do you think Thoth would like offered to him?

Traditional offerings would include things like figs, dates, cool water, beer, bread, sandalwood, frankincense, and writing instruments, inks, paper, etc. That can be expanded to writings, and even the act of writing can become an offering. I have also heard is he fond of citrus, various teas, and coffee.
