Yes, I’m not talking about myself. I want that person to stay single and not get into any new relationships. I’ve searched on Google for a spell like this but alas I’ve had no luck sorry for the short post, I just thought I’d get straight to the point lol. I’m going to introduce myself now

No, it’s a single woman. I don’t want her to date someone else, at least for now.

Call me an old whatever, but I still need more information. This seriously skates right on the edge of ethical practicing of the Craft. Trust me you don't want the law of three to bite you in the butt. I know from personal experience that that is something you do not want to happen to you.
Is the person somehow unstable psychologically. Do they have a negative, toxic personality? Is it revenge for them somehow doing something to you? Does she want to be in a relationship with someone in your family? It really does matter.

I agree with planewalker. Such a spell requires context when writing the incantation, otherwise it'll have consequences you may not be prepared for.

Controlling anyone's choices just to satisfy ourselves is sure to backfire so that's why you aren't finding ready made spells. If someone is toxic, protecting ourselves is another issue.

This doesn't sound too good, really. I wouldn't want anybody to perform such a spell on me. And even if you think it's fair or you have a good reason for doing it, please consider this person's point of view and try to walk in their shoes for a while. If, as Planewalker suggested you describe the situation in more detail, you are more likely to receive more help, but trust me, most of the people would hesitate to give you any such spell with what you're sharing.

Yeah, sure. This person is really mentally unstable and is trying to get with my brother. I don’t want that to happen, as she is really toxic and I’m scared for him. She’s made a few threats against me and my family. I know wanting for someone to remain single is selfish but I really think it might be for the best, at least until she gets the help she needs.

In that case it is understandable but perhaps you're taking the wrong approach. In my personal opinion (and as others have mentioned) a spell like this does impact a person's free will, and you should be very wary of the rule of three and what goes around comes around. I personally would not risk preforming such a spell.

Have you instead considered doing a protection spell for your brother/family? Or perhaps a spell to benefit the woman in question, for example so she will get the help she needs? Or a combination of the above?

Silah has stated the option that we've all been gently trying to bring you too. Working in a positive manner is, I've found, the best alternative. You can also go with the mundane 1) talk seriously with your brother and/or 2) get an order of protection. Those may also be a good idea along with esoteric means.

A stay single spell can be problematic.

How long do you want the person to be single?
Do you want them to never have a significant other?

A lighter spell would be to ensure that those two in particular do not get together. That would be more of a protection spell, considering the circumstances. But still, there could be problems in that.

Perhaps your brother actually wants to be with her, and now that could be another issue.

A better idea would to be a spell to protect him from bad influences in the intimacy department. That could extend beyond just this woman, and possibly help him in the future with other people.

I think a protection spell would be best honestly. Its more aligned with positivity.

I'm with Silah and the others - rather protect your brother from this toxic woman than trying to control her. Control in that sense isn't what the craft is about.

Any basic protection Spell will work! From visualising white light over protection sachets and bottles to more complex combinations.

Sage and salt for purification and protection
Rose for a true love. I personally use orchid for harmony and love - vanilla oil or bean.

When love enters the room common sense has a tendency to leave the room. Best to pull all the stops out on protection.
