needing hope

needing hope
lately everything has just been working against me and falling apart. I'm on disability and have been for several years. I'm very deressed at the moment and that is part of my disability. I just haven't had much luck with medication. I don't have many friends and the ones I do have haven't been very reliable in my time of need. Does anyone see any hope, love, or anything positive.

Try to figure out for yourself what you need, then try to obtain it. I think the
effort is as important as the result.
Even if there's no hope, you can see this as an opportunity to learn how to
force yourself to act even when your actions are almost certainly futile. This
isn't an easy thing, but it's all that can be done in the absence of hope.

Don't be afraid to go to your doctor and tell them that the medication isn't working - there are many different meds out there and different people respond differently to them. It might just be a case of swapping you over to something else.
In the midst of darkness it can be so hard to see the light, but it will come I promise you little rabbit.
